Commercial ITV (Insured to Value) Claim Assessments & Valuations

Pre-Loss Inspections

We provide annual pre-loss inspections for commercial properties, property management companies and HOAs throughout the U.S. These annual inspections are essential to ensure your building envelope is secure and identify any issues before they become catastrophes. The inspections also provide important photos, aerial drone imagery, 3D scans of your property. This documentation is essential in the event you have loss or an insurance claim.
