As a seasoned and dedicated professional, he brings extensive experience in building consulting, environmental services, and industrial hygiene. He has exceptional administrative, management, and team-building skills, and a proven ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and subject matter experts. James is proficient with industry tools for cost estimating and scope of repairs. He has extensive expertise in property claims invoice audits, dispute resolution and building damage assessments across commercial, residential, and government facilities.
James excels in conducting site inspections, preparing detailed reports, overseeing contractor progress, and ensuring our clients are well cared for. Known for proactive problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, he consistently delivers high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, challenging environments.
