His decade-long experience in property management has provided him with a solid foundation in buying, renovating, renting, and selling properties. Furthermore, his 15 years in an industrial machine shop, primarily as a lead man, allowed him to develop exceptional skills in workflow management and customer job coordination.
Outside of his professional life, Troy dedicates his time to home remodeling projects or cherishes moments at the lake with his amazing wife and kids when the weather is favorable.
